Our Gatlinburg cabins are located approximately 25-30 minutes from Townsend, where the balloon festival is held. The scenic drive takes you through beautiful mountain roads—you might even spot balloons from a distance on your way!
Pro Tip: Arrive early for morning ascensions (around 6 AM) and stay late for the evening balloon glow (after sunset). The drive back to your cabin through the mountains at night is peaceful and beautiful.
