Kitchen & Amenities

Absolutely! Our kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, a crockpot, and pots and pans for your convenience. We also provide a few courtesy items to get you started, such as 2 trash bags for the kitchen, 2 dishwasher packs, a small dish soap, and 1 roll of paper towels. Please note, per health department rules, we cannot provide spices, cooking oil, or other condiments.

Yes, our kitchen is equipped with a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove, and oven. You'll also find a Cuisinart Combo Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo (using cone-style filters) for your morning coffee needs.

Yes, there is a charcoal grill just outside the front porch. Please remember to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.

Yes, each bedroom, the living room, and the recreation room feature large HD smart TVs. Each TV comes equipped with either YouTubeTV or Spectrum (depending on which cabin you choose) for live cable channels, as well as access to your favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and more. You can log in with your own credentials for added convenience.

Bedrooms & Linens

Yes, there is! You'll find a comfortable bedroom with an attached full bathroom on the main floor of all of our cabins, making it easily accessible.

Yes, we provide sheets on every bed. In each bathroom, you'll find two sets of towels and washcloths.

We provide 1 courtesy roll of toilet paper per bathroom and bars of hand soap. Other toiletries are not provided, so please bring what you need.

Policies & Location

Unfortunately as much as we love them, no pets are allowed in any of our cabins at anytime.

No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks. However, you can smoke outside in the parking area, at least 15 feet from the building.

The cabin is less than 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The roads are wide, paved, and well-maintained by the city, ensuring a smooth drive to and from the cabin.

Yes, we do have bears in the area, and you might see them during your stay. They generally do not interact with humans, but please use extreme caution if you encounter one and do NOT feed them. Always supervise children outdoors due to the presence of wildlife.

Absolutely! The cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg, just a short 10-minute drive away. You're also minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park and the new observation bridge, the largest in North America. Plus, it's less than a 10-minute drive to the Ober ski resort.

Booking & Insurance

We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19. Currently, there are no travel restrictions to our area, and our property will be ready for you as stated in the rental agreement. If you choose to cancel, the cancellation policy per the rental agreement will apply.
