Absolutely! Our kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, a crockpot, and pots and pans for your convenience. We also provide a few courtesy items to get you started, such as 2 trash bags for the kitchen, 2 dishwasher packs, a small dish soap, and 1 roll of paper towels. Please note, per health department rules, we cannot provide spices, cooking oil, or other condiments.
Yes, our kitchen is equipped with a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove, and oven. You'll also find a Cuisinart Combo Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo (using cone-style filters) for your morning coffee needs.
Yes, there is a charcoal grill just outside the front porch. Please remember to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
Yes, each bedroom, the living room, and the recreation room feature large HD smart TVs. Each TV comes equipped with either YouTubeTV or Spectrum (depending on which cabin you choose) for live cable channels, as well as access to your favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and more. You can log in with your own credentials for added convenience.

Yes, there is! You'll find a comfortable bedroom with an attached full bathroom on the main floor of all of our cabins, making it easily accessible.
Yes, we provide sheets on every bed. In each bathroom, you'll find two sets of towels and washcloths.
We provide 1 courtesy roll of toilet paper per bathroom and bars of hand soap. Other toiletries are not provided, so please bring what you need.
Policies & Location
Unfortunately as much as we love them, no pets are allowed in any of our cabins at anytime.
No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks. However, you can smoke outside in the parking area, at least 15 feet from the building.
The cabin is less than 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The roads are wide, paved, and well-maintained by the city, ensuring a smooth drive to and from the cabin.
Yes, we do have bears in the area, and you might see them during your stay. They generally do not interact with humans, but please use extreme caution if you encounter one and do NOT feed them. Always supervise children outdoors due to the presence of wildlife.
Absolutely! The cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg, just a short 10-minute drive away. You're also minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park and the new observation bridge, the largest in North America. Plus, it's less than a 10-minute drive to the Ober ski resort.
Booking, Check-In & Cancellation
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. We use keyless entry with a unique door code sent to you the morning of arrival, so you can self check in any time after 4:00 PM without having to meet anyone. Early check-in and late check-out can sometimes be accommodated based on the cleaning schedule — contact us in advance to ask.
Check-in is contactless. We email you driving directions, the WiFi password, and a unique keyless door code the morning of arrival. Drive straight to the cabin at 4:00 PM or later, punch in your code, and walk in. No keys to pick up and no office to visit.
Our cancellation policy varies by booking platform and date. Direct bookings on this site follow our published rental agreement which is shown before you book and emailed to you on confirmation. For details on a specific reservation, contact us directly and we'll walk you through it.
We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Currently there are no travel restrictions to our area and our property will be ready for you as stated in the rental agreement. If you choose to cancel, the cancellation policy per the rental agreement will apply.
WiFi, Parking & Accessibility
Yes, every cabin has high-speed WiFi included with your stay. Speeds are good enough for video calls, streaming, online gaming, and remote work for the whole group. The WiFi password is provided with your check-in instructions.
Yes, our cabins are great for remote work or extended stays. High-speed WiFi reaches every room, you'll have multiple comfortable spots to set up a laptop, and the quiet mountain setting is ideal for focused work. Many of our guests stay a week or longer combining work and vacation.
Yes, each cabin has a private driveway with parking for 3 to 5 vehicles depending on the cabin. Big groups booking the larger cabins (Big Sky Lodge or Funky Bear Lodge) have room for up to 5 vehicles on site. No parking fees, no shared lot.
Our cabins are not fully ADA accessible (the area is mountainous and the cabins are multi-level), but every cabin does have at least one bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor, which works well for guests who want to avoid stairs. Contact us to talk through your specific needs and we'll recommend the best cabin.
Yes, all 5 of our cabins have private hot tubs on the deck with mountain views. Funky Bear Lodge has an extra-large 10-person hot tub for big groups.
Attractions & Best Time to Visit
Dollywood is approximately a 20-minute drive from our cabins in Pigeon Forge. Splash Country (Dollywood's water park) is right next door. We're an ideal base for a Dollywood-focused vacation because you get the mountain stay without paying Pigeon Forge tourist-corridor prices. See our Dollywood guide.
The entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is about 10 minutes from our cabins. From there you have access to Cades Cove, Clingmans Dome, Chimney Tops, Laurel Falls, and dozens of other iconic hikes and overlooks. Most park visits do not require an entrance fee, though as of 2023 there is a parking tag fee. See our national park guide.
October is the peak month for Smoky Mountain fall colors and books out far in advance. June, July, and major holidays are also high demand. For best value with great weather, target May, early June, and late September. For deepest discounts, January and February midweek stays are unbeatable. See our current cabin specials.
