Family Reunion FAQ
Families split costs in different ways: by cabin (each family branch pays for their cabin), per person, or per bedroom used. Apps like Splitwise help track shared expenses like groceries. The booking is one transaction.
Yes! Game rooms with arcade games and pool tables entertain older kids. Theater rooms for family movie nights. Hot tubs have safety covers when not in use. Pack-n-plays welcome for infants. Decks have railings but supervise young children.
Each cabin seats 10-12 at the dining table, plus bar seating. For 34-person meals, you can combine seating across living areas, or do buffet-style between cabins. Many families rotate hosting between cabins for different meals.
For holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas) and summer, book 4-6 months ahead. Fall foliage (October) books fast - aim for 3-4 months out. Spring break fills quickly too. Weekdays and off-peak seasons have more availability.
