From the moment you enter this stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bath, and two 1/2 bath cabin, you'll be captivated by the high-end decor, comfortable furniture, and, of course, the incredible views. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a luxurious and memorable stay.

Luxurious Accommodations

• Bedrooms: This cabin features two queen bedroom suites and one king bedroom suite, each with its own en-suite bathroom. An additional bedroom with two twin bunk beds sleeps four, accommodating a total of 10 guests.
• Living Room: Relax in the living room with luxurious leather furnishings, a beautiful electric fireplace with 13-light settings, and a large flat-screen TV.
• Kitchen and Dining: The chef's kitchen comes fully equipped with top-of-the-line black stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a coffee bar with a Keurig. Enjoy meals at the large dining table that seats 10, or at the kitchen bar with seating for three.

• Game Room: Enjoy a Big Buck Hunter arcade game, a pool table, air hockey table, and table tennis. Stream your favorite shows on the 50" TV with apps like Disney+ and Netflix.
• Movie Theater Room: Adjacent to the game room, you'll find a movie theater room with 10 theater-style seats and a 75" TV.
• Hot Tub: Relax in the 7-seater hot tub on the full patio, overlooking the majestic mountains.

Outdoor Oasis

• Double Decks: Featuring Trex-style composite decking, a pub table and chairs, glider rockers, and a glider bench, these decks offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Smoky Mountains.
• Jacuzzi: The large Jacuzzi on the upper deck is perfect for watching the sunset and enjoying the mountain scenery.

• Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
• Grill: A charcoal grill is located just outside the front porch (charcoal and lighter fluid not provided).

• Phoenix Landing: A new luxury community with a small number of cabins tucked away in the Smokies but less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg, Ober Ski Resort, the national park, and all other area attractions.
• Quiet Retreat: The community offers quiet, breathtaking panoramic views of the Smoky Mountains. You will need a car to make the short drive to all of the area's attractions.

• Travel Insurance: We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
• Construction Notice: There is a possibility of construction happening in the surrounding areas. Please never approach construction areas or use construction dumpsters.
• Security Cameras: Security cameras are located on the exterior of the cabin, recording audio and video for safety. There are no cameras inside the cabin or in any private spaces.
• No Pets Allowed: To ensure a clean and allergen-free environment.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin or on its decks. Smoking can be done outside in the parking area only.
• Parking: Available for 2 cars at the cabin.
