Gatlinburg's Best Cabins is a family-owned collection of five cabins at Phoenix Landing in Gatlinburg, TN, not a listings directory. The same five cabins appear on Airbnb and Vrbo. The official stay is the Hospitable checkout on each cabin page.
- Direct: widget on the cabin page. Owner-managed confirmation. No OTA guest checkout layered on top.
- OTA: the same cabin on Airbnb or Vrbo, with that platform's guest fee and messaging rules.
- Fraud: any ask to pay by email, chat, social DM, or an unknown processor. Flag it and do not pay.
Current promotions, when we have them, are on specials. Multi-cabin groups use contact. Combined capacities are on large group cabins.
