How to choose among five luxury cabins
Luxury here means new or newly updated finishes, a private hot tub, a real game room, and a ridge location about 8 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and about 7 minutes from the national park entrance. It does not mean a 12-bedroom hotel substitute. Match the cabin to the group.
Million Dollar View is the view-first sleeps-8 cabin (newest construction, east-facing panoramas). Dream Big is the Mt. LeConte-view sleeps-8 cabin. Serenity is the quiet, cooking-focused sleeps-8 cabin. Big Sky Lodge sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms plus a bunk room with 6 bathrooms, a 12-seat theater, and the cluster's largest hot tub (10-person Jacuzzi). Funky Bear Lodge sleeps 12 across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with an 8-person hot tub and a 12-seat theater. Direct booking typically saves about 10-15% versus Airbnb or Vrbo. Live rates are on each cabin page. We never collect payment off-site.

Yes! All 5 of our cabins are either brand new or recently fully updated. We maintain high standards with quality furniture, modern appliances, premium linens, and meticulous cleaning. These aren't dated, worn-out vacation rentals - they're properties we're proud to share with guests.
Our gourmet kitchens include full-size refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, stovetops, microwaves, coffee makers, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need. We provide courtesy basics like dish soap, dishwasher packs, and paper towels. Just bring your groceries!
